Herbs cannot be administered without a consult. Each bottle of 500mll herbs normally lasts 1 month, and then you are required to return to the clinic for a herbal consult and new bottle of herbs. 250mll (2 week) and 125mll (1 week) bottles are also available. These appointments are necessary to keep us informed with your health and let us know of any changes and progress. It is your chance to let us know how you are feeling, and request other things you would like to work on. We advise that you keep taking the herbs to allow changes and improvements to take place, and after perhaps 5 years of herbal maintenance you can drop the dosage of the herbs to a lesser amount. Herbs do work but they may take time.
