Colour therapy

Colours are a vibration, and can describe our mood or emotions. It does this often subconsciously, but can be powerful and used for healing purposes. This can be done by wearing the colour, or adding it into your life somehow e.g. open your curtains in the morning to yellow sunshine for more happiness.
